It's the title that confuses people.

I had no idea what I was in store for. I usually don't miss much but I had never heard of this movie when I started watching it yesterday. It was excellent.

All good things................. must come to an end.
That's what the film was about, you watch thinking they were happy, but that bit ends.

I think it was the perfect name for the movie, as well as the health food store. The title, like the film, makes you think. But this film can be frustrating for those seeking answers, which is to be expected because the original case has many unresolved issues. 7/10 stars from me.
