1) Who was that decrepit lady who slit her wrist onto Sam?
2) Do the "ulmans" only do this on the eclipse?
3) How was she found and brought to the hospital?
4) What would have happened if she didn't shoot herself?
5) She now has a devil baby?

2) it seems that the ritual only "works" during a moon eclipse night that's why they're so eager to get someone for that night specifically
3) mr. ulman probably called an ambulance
