Real Downsizing
I've seen it from both sides. We spent a lot of time justifying reducing positions, skils and not considering ages, family health, etc. Also when the axe falls people are escorted out quickly. They say any company can lose 20% of staff, 2 out of 10 and still function. Look around at your place of work.
