Did Thranduil kill a Bakshi orc?
It's face immediately made me think of the orcs in Ralph Bakshi's movie.
Was this intentional, or am I just imagining things?

If I had to guess then I would say it was unintentional. However, Jackson did homage Bakshi more than once in his LotR films.
