...that there haven't been any official reaction at all against all these people found guilty in this film. Everything stays the same, 6 years after the release of the film. If those strong allegations were proven, it would have already been a great scandal around the world.

Hmmm... interesting point. But things which are published WORLDWIDE through a film are much more likely to be found out.

Not if the people running the world are involved, information is suppressed by any means possible. Everything that has happened, so publicly, with whistle-blowers like Bradley Manning, Julian Assange and Edward Snowden is done to discourage information from leaking out. It's not easy to convict the people who are making the law.
