It's a mesh between Resident Evil and The Evil Dead Korean version due to the humor and campiness.

Great series with great cast and excellent performances by everyone.
Great story and great plot with humorous moments and sad ones as well.

Don't expect Hollywood level special effects as this was a combination of practical effects combined with CGI that had the proper and adequate results.

The ending was left open for a second season.

Three episodes deep and being an Evil Dead fan, that was the first thing that struck me. I respect any genre filmmaker who focusses on telling a compelling story, regardless of budget and I've been mostly pleased so far. Favorite quality of the show has been the moments of supreme creepiness encountering people not knowing their "status," but most of those happened in E01, so hope to see more. The PFX and cast are also impressive given the budget. Main criticisms are the heavy reliance on workprint-caliber CG and some of the soundtrack choices, but if the script remains strong, I'm in.
