Of course there would be a lot of people at the stage at 11am if Hardcore Superstar is playing after Anvil. People want to get themselves a good position infront of the stage. I know I am the same when I go to Metal festivals. I can listen to 1-2 bands that I am not really into because I know I'm going to get the best view when the band I WANT to see comes on.

Anvil is to me a washed up band. The guys do have heart though and its admirable. It really touches your soul to see how much passion they share for metal. It was a good ending to the documentary though.

The problem with showing up early for a general admission show is that once the popular bands hit the stage a lot of fans push their way up to the front. No one cares about the fans who got there early to get a good spot.
