uh question
In the scene where they're at the grocery store when they first meet little rock and witchita, why the hell would he prop the door open, wouldn't that just be a way for zombies to get in therefore less safe?

sharewhy the hell would he prop the door open, wouldn't that just be a way for zombies to get in therefore less safe?I think it was for one of the rules relating to always having an escape route or something to that effect. He wanted to know how to get out of there if needed and he thought propping the door open would make it easier if they needed to escape quickly.
It is a case of his anxiety and silly fears working against, instead of for, him.
YOU WOULD NEVER OPEN THAT DOOR UNTIL 100% FOR SURE YOU HAD TO.
It might sound an alarm and attract attention. There could be 100 zombies standing outside the door when you open it. You could open it, look outside and see nothing; then leave it propped open walk away and have zombies come storming right in behind you. Not to mention other people who could be in the area and be very mean and heavily armed.
