Being French doesn't excuse cheating on someone

I watched this and was amazed and impressed... all the way up to the end when I then saw the part of him sleeping with some unknown chick who wanted to screw a "rockstar".

Clearly, he brok ethe heart of the woman who stood by his side since the beginning. He owed it to her to share that kind of emotional and loving experience with her.

Philippe, if you read this, you blew it! You belittled your entire accomplishment for a moment of sleazy sex. You still have time to apologize. Perhaps you should.

And anyone who justifies this, for any reason, including "he's French", is full of sh!t. Broken hearts hurt just as much in Paris.

Finally got around to watching 'The Walk'. Great movie, JGL did an awesome job in it I thought. I accidentally turned this on my TV the other day in passing thinking it was the movie not the documentary. While I wasn't planning on watching 'The Walk' again for anything more than background noise I was drawn to watch this.

I was really shocked how the movie seemed to show Philippe differently than the actual story. In the movie it seemed Philippe chose to stay in America while Annie chose to follow her own dreams back in her homeland. Its seems the real story is that the walk made Philippe feel superior to everybody as he was now famous.Even his close friends that risked so much for his dream seemed to shun him as a friend in the documentary.

I guess the movie ending with a final shot of the towers made for a more emotional movie than showcasing Philippe's ego trip lol.
