shareI honestly just came upon the trailer for this and thought the exact same thing.
Why?
Why can't Disney come up with something new? I guess when most of your property is stolen, sanitized fairy tales, it's not really surprising that they have no imagination.
I don't think the word "stolen" means what you think it does.

Who says new = good?
I mean that the stories are stolen in the way that they were in the public domain, and then Disney gets a hold of them and then copyrights their version. I get that they are within their rights to do so, but they make it much harder to anyone else to tell those tales. Especially when they anglophy everything.
