Yes it would have been incredibly cheesey (and thus fitting in with the rest of the movie), but after the credits they should totally have shown that the scientist saved himself with the blood, and then running off cackling about creating the new master race. Doncha think?

I was disappointed that the ambush on the convoy was the end. It would have been much better if Rayne actually made it to Berlin. The movie could have had a very dark and mysterios ending, with Hitler drinking Raynes blood, but he becomes real vampire, not a damphir and that's why he must hide in his bunker for the rest of the war...
