Out of every thing in this movie, they were concerned about that?

They were concerned about getting bad press over saying "retard?" I watched this movie and I saw a guy have explosive diarrhea. A girl have an epileptic seizure while performing fellatio, then getting stabbed in the face with a fork.
I saw a guy with only a lump and 2 straws where his privates should be.
So, I must say I am pretty surprised that they were worried about the word RETARD.
