Because its a movie and the actress playing Cindy wouldn't do any nudity. If that is the biggest plothole you found, I would say you should watch the movie again. And yes, I enjoyed this movie for what it was and just got back from seeing the second time.

They don't, I definately think the actress should have got her tits out as she did have a damn fine rack! Check it out when she is stood at the window on her cell phone. Beautiful!
shareI thought that odd, too. In the 1950s PLAYBOY often concealed the nipples with artfully placed arms, lingerie or props, but it would be weird for them to do it now. If the actress didn't want to do nudity, you'd think someone in a modern movie studio would be able to do a mock-up centerfold using her face with some other actress' naked body.
