Hugh was talking about how he really loved this girl named Gertrude. My question was was she a real person and did Hugh Hefner like her or was it just to teach Tucker a lesson

No, Gertrude is not real, but Hugh Hefner has been married before. Check out his biography to see some pictures of her.
