I'm shocked to find such bad words about Apparitions. I've been thoroughly enjoying it from the beginning. It's gritty, scary, well-acted and has some great dialouge. It's nice to see a proper horror series on the BBC, I would love to see more in the same vein in the future.

The series is growing on me as it gone on but I’m not surprised by the bad reviews it received at the start. I was wary after the first episode but decided to stick with it and am glad I did. Episode 5 was brilliant.
These days, most people feel quite uncomfortable with sort of superstitious Christianity which believes in modern-day miracles and people being possessed demons.
