Quotes - never too soon for one of these threads

My two favourite so far are:

Sister Ruth: 'You're in my prayers Father'
Father Jacob: 'Not if you're in mine first'

Father Jacob: 'Be careful of him,[Cardinal Bukovak], he is a very clever man'
Sister Ruth : 'Is he cleverer than God?'
Father Jacob: Shakes his head and smiles
Sister Ruth : 'Well I am in safe hands then'

I love the interaction between these two.
No love is lost here but there is a grudging respect for the other's intelligence and motivation.

My friend and me have randomly gone "You know what? Father Jacob's not a virgin!" ever since that episode. We were far too exited by that.

Considering that we're both female, I'm pretty sure she's not Boy George. It was basically the "Father Jacob's not a virgin"-thing that exited us, though I myself wouldn't say no to Father Jacob and some handcuffs. (It's not wrong to be attracted to someone who's 41 years older than you, is it?

It depends on how old you are.
If you are 41 yourself then it starts to get creepy.

I second the quote when Father Jacob revealed he's not a virgin. Not just because he said it, but his tone of voice and his expression.
