Gorilla discrimination.

These movies are kinda apeist.

Gorillas are always depicted as big brutish henchman. Bad guys. The muscle. Why aren't there any female ones? Why can't some of them be smart and kind?

Chimpanzees are assholes and nastier than Gorillas. Their representation in these movies is diverse. The good guys, smart guys, bad guys, male, female, young and old. They cover the whole spectrum and are by far the most represented apes in these movies.

Orangutans get treated like MENSA monks in these things! You only see a couple of them and they're absolute saints.

In this movies universe, female gorilla apes do not exist

I already raised this in another thread:-

But yeah, it would be good to see a gorilla take centre stage as a positive character for a change in the next one...

It's good to see others speak out against this apeism!

Indeed.

Although, I just remembered that Red saved Caesar in War, so I guess we have had at least one gorilla shown in a positive light.

Yes. It's funny and annoying. I'm tired of it too.

Media need to start shaming producers for that Gorilla discrimination. It's really racism. Not one Gorilla was portrayed in any of those movies as normal. They all are crazy stupid animals.
