The James Wan directed remake/retake starring Kevin Bacon did dire business inthe box office.
Maybe a retake of a remake of a dequal will work this time.

I don't consider the movie with Kevin Bacon a remake of Death Wish at all.
It was based on a different book not on the Death Wish novel.

shareDEATH SENTENCE isn't a remake. It's loosely based on a novel which was a sequel to the Brian Garfield novel "Death Wish." It's no more a remake than DIE HARD is of THE DETECTIVE (1968).
