That place looked awesome-anyone know where that is or if it's a real place??

It was called Haslam's Fantasy Inn - and it is not in Knoxville - but a funny thing is that Knoxville's Mayor is named Bill Haslam

A website for Haslam's Fantasy Inn. You said it's not in Knoxville, but you stopped short of saying that it's not a real place. That implies that it's a real place somewhere else. Are you saying that, as far as you know, it doesn't exist at all?

I would say it was created just for the movie - the interior shots of the motel looked like sets.
