In the Unrated Cut, Who Is the Naked Woman in the Opening Scene?

In the Unrated Cut, who is the naked woman in the opening scene with the director and screenwriter? In the Unrated Cut, she also randomly appears naked throughout the movie. She doesn't seem to be credited in the IMDB cast list.

No. We can see her face clearly throughout her scenes. They're not going to use the really expensive CGI necessary to generate realistic faces for a few shots for an extended cut.
