The mother is delusional
There is a video of her son stabbing a man bound to the bed and he proceeded to cut his head off and play with it in a bathtub... And she says that it was overkill when Canadian Police had him shackled and transported with multiple police vehicles??? She needs to be slapped. She clearly had mental health issues then.
