Yes that was definitly a hissy fit...lol I am really mad at how they ruined the show for me with season 5.

Claudia was in charge of Warehouse 14

That wasn't warehouse 14. That was still warehouse 13. The agents were American and "Ms D" said that the warehouse had "almost moved" many times before.

If it was, in fact, warehouse 14, the agents would have been Chinese. The host country appoints the agents.
