Episode: There's Always A Downside

Season 4, Episode 4. Spoilers ahead if you haven't seen the episode.

This episode has a trumpet player that has an artifact that allows him to absorb other people's pain. The Warehouse is alerted when Artie discovers several mental health patients that were cured of their PTSD, depression and other ailments.

When the trumpet player is trying to get Steve's pain, Myka stop him and grabs the artifact and puts it in a static bag.

Now, when this has happened before, the effects of the artifact disappear and everything goes back to normal. So, do those people get their PTSD, depression and other mental health issues back?

That just really sucks.

Most times if the artefact is in the process of hurting someone or giving them powers, when its neutralised the effects stop. Like the time that thing made Myka old or pregnant when they neutralised the artefact she was returned to
Normal. But when it kills someone they don't come back to life. I am assuming whoever it has finished curing is alright but if it was in the process of helping someone then they stopped it that person won't be fixed.
