I believe, in the movie, they made some crude comments about Jennifer and Needy overheard and snapped at them, saying that she was a virgin.
Now, NOTHING about Megan Fox would make me believe that she was a virgin in that movie, no matter what her buddy said, but that's a casting issue.

Let me add that Jennifer wanted to hook-up with Nikolai; and, I think that Needy was being possessive and jealous. Considering the kiss that Needy and Jennifer share later, I think Needy was in love with Jennifer; so, she was probably being protective as well.
Either way, Nikolai and Dirk were regarding Jennifer as an object. They were not thinking of her as a complete person. As both Diablo Cody and Karyn Kusama are Feminists, I think that furnishes a context for this scene as well.
