The movie

Last Saturday, I was at the Wake Forest game against Duke.
The film crew was there and asked fans to stay after,
of course being a BIG Jon fan our family did. There was
several takes of the crowd holding up their hands symboling the number five.
Jon was there meeting the casting crew and a few fans.
I hope the movie turns out really good. RIP Luke Abbate !

Sparkleworks05.... are you going back next Friday or Sunday ???
We were over at the stadium today filming another scene, but they didn't need a LOT of background people... only a few. They did, however, hand out fliers... asking anyone and everyone to show up next Friday the 14th or Sunday the 16th. I think they're going to film a whole "game" and they want to fill the stands. They said they were drawing for prizes and everything.
We're going Sunday.

Today was great. None of the 3 stars were in the scene that we did, but Ryan came in at the end and we got to meet him.

Ooooooo, I don't think I'd have liked being in the funeral scene. This has been emotional for me anyway, I'm one of those who doesn't do "sad stuff" well. Even though we didn't DO emotional scenes, sometimes just raising the "5" makes me cry.

We did go back over yesterday to be "IN THE STANDS" extras. It was COLD !!! A very long day, But a good one.
Were you there yesterday ???

We did go back on Sunday as well, but we didn't stay afterwards.
It was too cold and a few of us were hungry.
I did hear that they were going to hand out prizes and drawings.
That is great that you guys got to meet Ryan, our family was excited
that we were actually in the film as extras.
I hope the movie turns out great.

I was lucky and came away with a 25$ cash prize from the raffle drawing. They also raffled WAKE FOREST t shirts and hats that were autographed by Ryan, Andie and Aiden, and other prizes. I wanted one of the clothing items, but the 25$ was great too. They had SOME money prizes that were 50$ and two of the "movie people" associated with the film offered free services of some kind as a prize. One was a photo shoot I think.... and the other was a free acting class.
OHHHH..... and one of the fellows who was involved with the casting or directing assistant... something..... is also a film maker. He donated a raffle prize of a SPEAKING PART in his next film. I was so glad to see someone win that who REALLY wants to get into the movie business. She was thrilled.

I took my 25$ and was happy with it.
The movie is wrapped now... just need to be patient while they get it all put together !!! I believe it will be a VERY GOOD movie !
