Have none of you people ever seen a Besson film?

All these comments talking about ridiculous stunts, and commenting how that was impossible, this could never happen, etc. etc. Has no one seen any of Besson's other films? You should probably know what you are getting into before you trash this movie. Have a look at his 4 Taxi movies, which were all massive successes in France. They were effectively the same type of movie; impossible stunts, lots of car chases, action, and comedy. Then there was 5th Element, not exactly the most believable plot ever for a sci-fi flick.... but again, a massive success outside the US (only 63 mil domestic gross, but 200 mil outside the US). He is most known for this type of completely over-the-top action movies, lots of crazy car stunts, and many physics-defying scenes. If you don't like that sort of thing, if your action sequences must perfectly obey the laws of physics and contain no "as-if" moments, then please don't watch another Besson film since you will only be disappointed. The French know what to expect, and they go to Besson films in droves.

So yes, it won't win any awards, and it will never be classified as the greatest action film ever made, but if you know ahead of time what to expect, it can be a very enjoyable ride. So chill out and enjoy it!!

Yeah, but it was nothing we hadn't seen done better beforehand by the first two Transporters. There was nothing here to put it above those two, the action scenes were basically repeats of the first two, and the girl was ridiculously annoying, so I feel my time would have been better spent watching Transporter 1 again. Don't think many people here complaining about the film didn't like Transporter 1 (and a lot liked Transporter 2, including myself), so we know Besson's style. However this was a lazy effort.

Lovin your comments Rooster. I love the Transporter films precisely BECAUSE of how silly they are! They're a flight of fancy and a good thrill ride.

"Hey! Ladies! That was fun!"

I keep watching the series because I think they are a breath of fresh air from American action films. The first time I saw the original Transporter, I thought what a nice change of pace, but I remember people complaining about the long stretches of non action.

I would recommend Asian movie market also for horror and action.
