I really liked the movie... but it had so many plot holes
Do I need to warn you about the spoilers?
I liked the movie. I liked it more than the second one because I really liked the whole relationship plot. It was too much at times, but it gave the movie a happy ending and I really like that Transporter 3 had a Hollywood ending. It is well deserved after all that fighting. And she was incredible hot, natural and funny.
There was bad points to. Too much romantic talk, shaky camera during the fight scenes, and not enough story. Hell, there was no story, they didn't even explain what the ships were full of or what they would do with the cargo?
Like the 2 previous movies this one is full of plot holes. The president needed to sign the documents to get his daughter back. And he had until kl.9 . Would they have killed the daughter if he didn't sign the documents? What would they force him with after that? And why didn't they just fake his signature or take the one he signed with? It was a forced signing. After getting his daughter back he would say that it was a forced signing and the deal would be cancelled. That way it didn't really make any sense for them to force him they could as well have faked a signature. The movie was still fun to watch but this just ruined the whole plot.
He could have remembered the gun the first time he met Knepper in the train but apparently he is too stupid and didn't take one of the 7 guns laying around in the train. And why did she run away? She knew that Frank had a bomb on him. After he came back he tied a bomb to the bad guy blowing up a car and a train wagon and nearly killing himself and his girlfriend. Why not just choke him to death?
And the car floating scene. Is that even possible? Would these 2 bags really lift a 2 tons car? And where there enough air in the tires, even when compressed?
The chase with the car where he killed all those good guys. That was a real waste. But I guess he thought that they were some bad guys trying to kill him. Well, we have seen something similar before, like in The French Connection.
I have a lot more plot holes, but this will be the last one for now. Fighting the guys and driving the car risk his own and the girls life. Why not cut his own arm of and then save himself that way? It would be easy and save. He was nearly killed many times during the movie, so cutting his arm of would be the smartest thing to do and the only logical thing to do. Or finding a way to take the bracelets of. He knew that they would kill him after the mission and he didn't know how. They might as well have blown him up on the bridge without any means for him to escape!
