I don't get it. Why are they making these movies? Kid's are not supposed to watch such movies but they still make such movies all the time. And worse it's a French movie. Only kids may enjoy this. It has no plot, no story, nothing makes any sense, just stunts and pure violence. I'd say it's better kids watch porn than violence. What *beep* world we live in!
I don't mean just that movie but the two parts before that one. Transformers, Transporters... Inception-Misconception... kid movies that teach kids that violence is cool!
I agree that kids say 16 and under should not watch these,, with that said, any self respecting parent has to due to job and block channels, shows. movies and stuff from their tv so it doesn't appear. I never let me stepkids watch stuff like that when they were young, it's simple you can't ask Hollywood not to make these film,, but as parents we all need to do a better job of watching what our kids see on TV.
are you going to bark all day little doggie,, or are you going to bite
Are you serious? More people get killed in an average (and more realistic) John Wayne western. I think parents know the difference between Transformers and Transporter, most parents of young children grew up with Transformers, and the DVD cover would be a giveaway to any novice. This and the second Transporter are PG-13, so the MPAA finds them acceptable for those over 13, same as all the Batman and superhero movies. Unless children are incredibly fragile, there shouldn't be a problem.
I'm 28 and I enjoyed this, not great but acceptable. My generation grew up on movies like Robocop, Jurassic Park, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Willow, Terminator, the Indiana Jones series, Dick Tracy, Predator, the Bond series, Batman, Commando, Star Wars, Masters of the Universe, and Jaws.
Kids would probably be more likely to imitate porn than violence, but if you think that's the way to raise kids... they have my condolences. I'm adding the Transporter movies to my "Some People Think Kids Shouldn't See These" list, right next to The Goonies and Mr. Belvedere.
"It's that rock and roll music, it promotes juvenile delinquency! The minister said so... or was it video games? No! It was violence on television!" --- Mrs. Hogan
