They don't make movies like this anymore

Ok so it's not a masterpiece - but I kind of missed a good harmless chick flick with the clueless-though-smarter-than-you lead character, the small romance and the "making it in the big city" story line. The last time I watched anything like this was The Devil Wears Prada which was thoroughly enjoyable - and so is this movie. It seems like all the movies now are either 3D, action flicks, cartoon heroes, indie or heavy dramas. Sometimes you just need the breather a movie like Morning Glory provides you with. I really enjoyed it - yeah the acting wasn't super, and the story was over processed in a million other movies - but it was cute and entertaining.

I guess you miss the literally dozens of "harmless chick flicks with the clueless-though-smarter-than-you lead character" that come out every year. And The Devil Wears Prada was miles above Morning Glory in every aspect.

Drop it like it's legal precedent!

It was sweet and charming. In the end it was a little to sweet but I still think this film was way abobe average in this genre.

Happy Evil Dude was a drive by, don't expect content for him. And he's wrong.

Well...I loved this! I thought it was very sweet and happen to find Rachel McAdams incredibly charming. People don't seem to like her...

Nah, lots of people like Rachel. But it seems they are 50/50 on this particular movie. Some love it, others absolutely hate it. Now if you meant people don't like how she is in this movie, I'd still say its 50/50. Me? I liked her in it and agree she was sweet, charming and absolutely beautiful...as usual.
