I believe it is implied humourously that AL character in Murder She Wrote was in fact the murderer every week.
Think about it, hundreds of people getting offed around her in that small little town. She's always hanging about. Always willing to 'help'. Showing interest...perhaps 'too much' interest. The facts that no-one can deny: The only connection between all these murders is HER!
She's a KILLA.
Hence the line "She knows what she did".
Who was the other one that was the worst? Was it Osama Bin Laden? I can't remember who the other guy was.
