Much better than "Glitter", "From Justin to Kelly" and "Crossroads"

I would say it's even better than "The Bodyguard", and it seems like I am not alone in that one (6.1 vs 6.4 on IMDB).

I am not a fan of neither of these ladies but Christina did a great job for what it was. I hesitated at first because I thought this would be a disaster à la "Glitter" but when I read the positive reviews from the people on Netflix, I gave it a chance and I was pleased to see how enjoyable this is.

It seems like I am not alone, though, its rating here is fairly high for a pop star vehicle (far away from the Bottom 100, where Glitter and From Justin to Kelly are - and rightfully so!-).

Keep in mind that the rating of this film is based on the votes of 61,740 members while the rating of "The Bodyguard" is based on the votes of 90,049 members.

That's irrelevant. On IMDB, the more votes the higher a movie is rated most of the time.
