It's the long-awaited pairing of Helen Mirren and Joe Pesci.

Together again for first (and hopefully last) time as a husband and wife team, spearheading one of Nevada's earliest chicken ranches. Good lord, this sounds like an unbelievable disaster on par with the Hindenburg, Ishtar, 9/11, Heaven's Gate, Katrina and Gigli rolled into one.

What, no BP oil disaster, Challenger shuttle or Virginia Tech? This looks horrible, and not in a "So bad it's good" sense. Just really awful. At what point would this ever have looked like a good idea?

Usually a Pesci fan, I'm not sure why but I found it very hard watching him in this movie. He looked terrible I thought and as much as I like the both of them, Helen Mirren just stole every scene she was in with him. Sorry but I just wanted more her, less him!

Yeah, this is as bad as those you list. How do movies like this get made? Most of it was shot here in New Mexico, and I know some locals who worked on it. Our ex-governor had a policy of literally paying film makers to shot movies here. All the actors in this film are officially "has-beens" after this.
