Is this already final? I'm really excited to see him do another movie. I hope he'll do many movies after his long absence in the big screen (aside from the good sheperd). I really missed seeing him in movies and to ease that, I kept on watching his old movies like raging bull, lethal weapon 2-4, my cousin vinny, with honors, goodfellas, casino, jfk and michael jackson's moonwalker, and even his wiseguy music video and yo cousin vinny music video and I kept on listening to his songs in his VLGSJFY album.

i agree cant wait for this film because of pesci. he is my favourite actor apart from the legendary robert de niro. i also think the film frankie machine the film scorsese was set to direct but then pulled out and now apparantly michael mann has taken over well i think de niro and pesci back on the big screen would be great.

Also wouldnt it be great to see Scorsese, De Niro, Pesci, Di Caprio and maybe liotta and Matt damon all on the big screen together. that film would be intense

Why do people only judge actors on range? If an actor is type cast yet nails his/her role time after time, they're still a great actor. Pesci isn't Tom Hanks. We get that. But he's able to portray a gangster in fictional cinema in a way that a real gangster couldn't even do, and real gangsters have been rumored to have said this about him. It's not just imitation and mockery, there's a certain ability to make the character interesting and romantic to a lay audience, as well. Pesci has that, and it's why he's so well loved. I'm glad to see him back, and can't wait for Love Ranch ( a film in which Pesci will be acting outside of his typical range, btw..).

Some reason I thought Joe Pesci just decided to quit movies and retire. Finally 7 years later we were teased when he made his first appearance in ANYTHING since Lethal Weapon 4, "The Good Shepard" and he was in the movie for 30 seconds.

I think this is awesome he's in a major role again and hope he continues to make movies.

I believe he stopped making movies due to ill health. Hopefully he's back for good. He's my all-time favourite gangster movie actor.

Why does nobody ever include Keitel he gave the performance of a life time in Mean Streets. I personally want to see an Epic film use Pesci, Pacino, De Niro, Walken, Keitel etc. all in a classic amazing storyline.

you guys should watch pesci in "With honors" he gives a very good performance and it expanded his range.
