4 and 5 are decent enough, but the inspiration is waning.
They could have some serious fun with this franchise if they'd drop the obsession with the original as well as the uber meta-ness.
On a side note: I thought the other Scream movies were foul-mouthed, but the characters in this one have a serious case of Tourette Syndrome.
