What if the opening murders occur at Stu's old house?
Stu's house, which is a real house located at 3871 Tomales Petaluma Road in Tomales, California, was the setting for the finale of the original Scream. It still sits there today, so imagine if we went back there and the first victims of the movie happened to be the residents who are currently living there (people that aren't related to Stu, of course)? Would be interesting to revisit such an iconic location as the opening for the 25th anniversary of the original Woodsboro murders. Plus when Dewey showed up to the crime scene the next day it'd bring back a rush of bad memories. This is where he was nearly paralyzed and where his little sister was killed. Not a place he thought he'd ever find himself revisiting.
