What actually went on in the Yuri (Russian/military???) scene? You know, when he shaved of his beard and put on his uniform...

what did that text message to Max sent by Yuri actually mean? what was the indication towards then end when Yuri looks at his cellphone and shuts it off or rather closes it.
***SPOILER ALERT***
.... All I can sum up is that all this while the "covert" Russian major was behind sending Max all the SMS's etc. which would eventually lead him in finding Echelon - Echelon has been active in controlling people/resources within the US, and not internationally. They clearly state that it's programming was confined to protecting US Security. You can figure the rest out yourself....
nonsense it wasnt the covert russian that sent the SMS's, only Echelon has the capability of knowing the odds for casino wins etc. Echelon was alive and coz Peterson I think was his name saved the day the russians congratulated themselves coz after all they pointed him towards echelon but wasnt responsible for all the mnessages.
Yuris phone ringing at the end was just a red herring making you wonder if you really got it.
