shareYuri is commended for his actions. Yuri replies that they (the Americans) will soon try to start up Echelon again but, for today, they have helped them make the right decision.
So basically the RUSSIANS were the good guys trying to stop the insane computer created by the Americans xD A refreshing twist for a change.
