David Traversa. Maybe I missed something, but I was quite surprised when on the very last scene, Karen goes to bed and before switching off the light, she looks at a framed picture where we see Elizabeth pregnant. Where or who gave her that picture??
Who was in the other photo? If it was Elizabeth then how did she get it? Or was it when she was pregnant with Elizabeth?

Yes, there were two photos, and both had exactly the same prominence, in the camera shot. But the one you apparently didn't notice was placed by Karen on the stand first. It looks like a younger Elizabeth - maybe 8 or 9 years old.

shareOne was of Elizabeth that she did a selfie of to put in with the letter to her birth mother. The other was of the guy who got Karen pregnant with Elizabeth (David Morse's character). It was a school picture of him. Apparently they were school sweethearts at the time when they were 14 when she got pregnant.
