No, she didn't. At their wedding he is so excited he is bouncing off the walls and she just has a look like "can I really go through with this?".

I loved this movie and find it so complex and real. Giving thought to if cindy loved dean or not I am not sure. It seems she is a product of her environment. Her Grandmother told her she never loved her grandfather. Her parents obviously had issues, I don't know why but I think she was in love with the wrestler, Also, Dean's comment that women will give up the idea of love to be with someone safe makes me believe she married Dean bc she was pregnant and he was safe.

Maybe a shadow of love at first? I think she was touched that he wanted to be there for her and the baby even though it wasn't his. I think she had that butterflies of excitement feeling about Dean though not necessarily full blown love.

I think at first he entertained her and she was thankful that someone wanted to stand by her. And then it just faded into plain old 'putting up with him'. But no, I don't think she ever really loved him, whereas I think he was absolutely in love with her.
