Ryan Gosling's best movie?

I just watched this last night, and I'm thinking this has got to be his best performance. I did however also really like Half Nelson, so thoughts?

(Or also any other recommendations of his work? I've been trying to work my way through his other films before La La Land comes out)

Imo it's his best performance, but for me it's tied between this and Drive as his best film.

This is definitely one of his best films, and i've actually never been a big fan of him tbh, despite having seen a fair bit of his movies! The notebook I thought was pretty good, but this movie and La La Land are definitely some of his best. Havent seen Half Nelson yet (it's on the list lol), but i heard it's good! Will check it out next! :)

I was never a fan of his. I dont find him convincing
