Make up your mind about Aemond, show!

Stop making him grey. His is ether bad or not. Because he acts like little shite and has those Evil Face Stares. Then suddenly has "Oh, I’ve done something bad, I feel bad about this" face like we suppose to feel bad for him and root.

He killed poor Lucerys out of spite. He demanded him to take out his eye. Then sat on his big dragon and started chasing poor kid. Then predictably killed him. Then was all: "Oopsie. How did this happen? I didnt meant it. I just wanted to play with him by chasing him on my big dragon and scaring poor kid to death. But then wanted him to run away but my stupid dragon decided to kill him. It aint my fault, ya’ll".

No bish, it is. You wanted to kill him and own that. You are villain.

They have been doing the same thing with Daemon. Did he mean to kill his first wife or was it just an accident and then she goaded him into finishing her off ? He's not a supportive husband but that's because he's so sensitive he can't handle it. He wanted to replace Viserys but that's because Viserys was a weak King. And so on.

The thing with Aemond and Luke is that Otto will be delighted because it's a fight to the death now between the Greens and the Blacks. And he can say well it was the dragon that killed Luke not Aemond. We didn't start this war, it was just one of those unfortunate things. But now we have no choice but to fight it.

yea I prefer the book version.

Aemond mounted Vhagar and pursued his nephew, avenging the loss of his eye by killing Lucerys and Arrax. Mushroom claims Aemond located the boy's corpse and removed both of his eyes to present them to Lady Maris on a bed of seaweed. Aemond was known thereafter as a kinslayer among his enemies. Though his mother and grandfather despaired when they had learned of his actions, his elder brother, King Aegon II, was pleased and threw a great feast in Aemond's honor.

I'd be inclined to agree with you, but I can't on account of being an adult. I don't want Disney villains in my stories. Give me nuance and moral grey.
