eerily similar plot from an old Simpsons episode

I distinctly remember a Simpsons episode from the late 1990s where Homer and Ned go to Vegas, they both get extremely drunk and Ned marries a stripper or prostitute and has no recollection of what happened. There's also a tiger in this episode if my memory serves me right. Does anyone else remember this episode? After years of loving the Hangover franchise, this just occurred to me! Could this be a coincidence?

Yeah I remember the episode. Apart from the fact they get drunk in Las Vegas and get married and don't remember, it's not that similar. I mean the whole premise of going to Las Vegas to get drunk off your head has been around for ages, but I can understand where you see the similarities lie.
