Misses the boat

No one wants an angst-ridden Superman. We want Reeve. We want Reeves. We want a Superman who always knows what the right thing to do is, doesn't doubt himself, and stands for truth, justice, and the American way.
We want Superman to be someone we can aspire to be. Not broken down to our level.
This is pathetic.

reply

No 'we' don't I'm good with Cain era Superman-Kent.

Since he's supposed to be a parent in this, he's not supposed to always know the right thing in every situation. It's not pathetic to have to figure out what to do, to have to juggle a job, parenting and being superman. Mistakes probably happen.

reply

That is not Superman. That is thirty-something.

reply

I was a little kid when thirty something aired never saw it.

reply

For real though. Even though Reeve did have the dilemma of losing his powers so he could be with Lois.
