Wouldn't this show be better...
...as a parody of mass-marketing youth-oriented programming like TRL? It would be a good throwback to the Trendspotting segments from the daily show. Demetri could still be deadpan and he could have guests, more interaction with the audience, talk to teens on the street, etc. This format is not doing it for me. The ten foot pole joke felt like ten minutes long.
