I was just wondering about two things.
The first is, what was meant by the Korean woman giving a thumbs up and then the white woman nodding her head "no"?
Also, the last guy was a doctor, so why didn't he simply deliver the baby so they wouldn't have to go through all that stuff???
first of all, the korean women's husband choked to death signaled by the No from the red haired woman.
and the reason the Doctor didn't deliver the baby is because he had his headphones on. hence the supposed comedy.
If the Doctor would have had taken his head phones off, he could have delivered the baby and the Korean women could have saved her husband.

That woman, because she too could speak Korean, was on the phone to the Korean woman's mom talking her through the Heimlich maneuver to save the Korean woman's husband who was choking. Evidently it didn't work. I thought that was the funniest part of the bit.
