Charles Manson cameo?

Just saw this movie the other day (thought it was phenomenal, by the way).

Anyways, was I the only person that noticed an inmate at the end that looked exactly like Charles Manson? Go to approx. 1:37:38. He's in one of the solitary cells they pass and even has a swastika on his forehead. Since the movie is loosely based on Corcoran and Manson was/is housed there, I thought it was a possibility.

ya right manson is rotting in a cell right now they would never even consider to let him go to even make a cameo

He didn't really look anything like Manson other than the nazi tattoo on his forehead.

Lt. Jackson mentions Manson and other high profilers when he talks to the warden about where to put John Smith, so yeah that guy is supposed to be Manson.
