Such an underated film!
I dont understand how this movie didnt get way more attentions or even nominations!!! It was a brilliant movie!

seriously, if you want a prison movie/show that is brilliant, watch HBO's OZ series. then you'll realise why this is not underrated.

In all honesty who cares about Oz. Why do people always have to compare things. Why cant you just let them stand on their own? This was a fantastic film and in all honesty comparing it to Oz is simply unfair. Oz was a TV show that went on for an extremely long amount of time, 7 or 8 seasons if I remember correctly and Felon is an hour and a half film. They may have similar subject matter, Oz was a great show and Felon was a great movie. That's really as far as as any comparison should go.
As for Felon being underrated, that simply isn't the case. This is currently rated 7.8 with over 20,000 votes. That is an amazing score on IMDB. Hell all it would have to do is go up close to 2 percentage points and this would be part of the Top 250. If there is one thing this film isn't, its underrated.
