Is this even canon?

Just wondering if this movie is canon with the TV series. It really doesn't seem like it. I mean, Lilly had her sweet 16 party in the movie. And I just saw an episode where Lilly was all alone on her birthday and I think it was her 16th. Just curious. I know the party and her actualbirthday can be on completely different days, but it just seems like this movie will never be mentioned in the actual series.

There were some. I don't remember which episodes, but in one of them Jackson says something like "Yeah, no one knows Hannah and you are the same person .....except for everyone in Crowley Corners."
