Won't this be like Ted?

Having a stuffed teddybear as your protagonist today echos the film a bit much. I'm sure the film will not be like Ted but the image itself has been done.

Well, the thing is, Paddington's not a stuffed bear. He's an actual live--talking--bear.

That's one of the things I always loved most about the Paddington stories. Everyone seems so matter-of-fact about the existence of a four-foot-tall talking bear.

(Cabdriver at Paddington Station, when the Browns are bringing Paddington home: "Bears is sixpence extra. Sticky bears is ninepence.")

I'm hoping ur being sarcastic

Well, bears have been done often: Yogi Bear, BooBoo. Baloo, Gentle Ben, many more. There is always room for another bear, especially Paddington, so unique.

I don't know if you already know this, but Paddington is based off of a children's novel, so it isn't like they are ripping-off or stealing from Ted.

Was it really that hard to tell that he wasn't a stuffed bear? It was VERY easy to spot he wasn't.
