So I went to see this tonight and at the start the Explorer said you are welcome at London & Stratford upon Avon.

I was watching the film at a cinema in Stratford upon Avon. So was this a coincidence or have released a dubbed print to name check every town it is shown in?

I took my son to see it in Leicester. It still said Stratford-Upon-Avon.

It would have been a bit fiddly to edit it so that it mentioned every place it played in!

I've been a fool but you know I wouldn't kill for you...

My guess is that, as Shakespeare's birthplace, the writers considered it a quintessentially "British" location.
